Police Autism Patch Challenge

April is Autism Awareness Month and the perfect time to support this great cause.

In addition to hundreds of Autism Family Events, each year POAC trains thousands of police and first responders through our Autism Shield program. This training has been directly credited with saving lives across the state. Please help us continue this important work. Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Contact a patch design company. The Emblem Authority [email protected] is one, but there are others to choose from. The company you choose will design the patch with your input and fill the order.
  2. You can have the patches available for sale at your department, online and at other community locations.
  3. Promote the program through flyers, social media, and email, etc. Make sure to explain that the proceeds will be benefitting POAC’s Autism Shield Program and supporting children and adults with autism.
  4. Let POAC know about your campaign so we can help spread the word and offer any assistance.

Today more than ever, the Autism Community needs our support, kindness, and compassion.
