It&#8217;s for adults (ages 14 and up) and is co-sponsored by POAC and the Toms River Mayor&#8217;s Advisory Committee on Developmental Disabilities. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water and yoga mat or towel. Siblings and parents\/caregivers welcome to participate. There is no charge to attend. You can register once for all 5 sessions. This is not a drop off program.
