The program will offer concrete suggestions and strategies that can be applied immediately to increase safety and decrease risk at home, in the classroom, and in the community.

Tips For Inclusion:

During the “Disability Awareness Education” workshop Timothy Rohrer will talk about his journey on how he became a Disability Inclusion Advocate. He will teach proper ways to interact, include and communicate with peers that have disabilities with his tips and advice as well as share some animated videos he has created. Mr. Rohrer will share some of his resources that he has created to promote understanding, acceptance and awareness in schools. Social isolation has a serious impact on one’s mental health. This presentation is sure to inspire everyone to promote a healthy inclusive school environment for all.
